**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the General Manager, you are responsible for overall financial, accounting and internal control functions of the Club while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and Club's constitution.
- Ensure timely preparation & submission of monthly management reports.
- Manage income tax, GST and all other tax compliance.
- Manage the finance team and oversee its daily operations, develop the finance team and delegate duties.
- Collaborate with the Finance Subcommittee and department managers to identify, measure, and manage organisational risks for improved performance.
- Purchasing: Ensure control procedures are adhered to as a preventive measurement against irregularities, including timely preparation of monthly analysis for management reporting.
- Lead and constantly drive process improvement though planning and monitoring for risk management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in accounting or ACCA equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a leadership capacity.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a highly collaborative work environment.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,800.00 per month
