In this role you will be responsible for the end to end planning & execution of our livestream initiatives supporting our ongoing e-commerce campaign. Join us as we drive the future of e-commerce here at TikTok.

**Job Description**:

- Establish and develop the brand vision and creative management system, improve the processing system of the brand creative department, and provide a strong guarantee for Tiktok development strategic goals
- Formulate brand creative design standards according to the communication demands of the company's brand culture, brand concept, brand personality, brand positioning, product features, target audience, etc.
- Cooperated with external companies to control/output the creative direction of brand contact, including graphic and video content, supervised the execution process of creation, and ensured the creative quality.
- Responsible for the creative design sectors such as brand communication, e-commerce, public relations activities, including campaign KV ,posters, TVC, short video, etc.

Qualification:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- Extensive understanding of design principles and advanced design skills;
- At leaste 5+ years of work experience in creative designer;
- Expert in Illustrator and Photoshop or equivalent digital design tools;
- Flexibility to work under a tight timeline; Must understand and be able to comply with brand identity & guidelines;
- Project organization and time management skills;
- Proficiencies in English
