**Your background**

The “APAC - Payment and Core Cash Technology” team provides the Integration & Payment Orchestration technology support function for Bank of America Channels, core banking and clearing systems. This role will provide integration technology support for critical strategic initiatives in the Asia Region. In addition, this position will provide regional development for the enterprise integration space to ensure the strategies are implemented across the globe.

Team Management & Relationship Skills
- Coordinate all partner team activities as they relate to the goal of defining the test plan. Holding frequent design, development, and execution and review/remediation checkpoints.
- Drive partners to optimize opportunities, resolve issues, and see the plan to completion.
- Work effectively in a matrixed organization, with globally distributed stakeholders.
- Identify risks and issues. Communicate same, proactively offering responses.
- Collaborate. Express ideas and solutions, solicit feedback, work to implement the best ideas.

**Software Skills/Requirement**

At least 10 years’ experience in information technology, with 7+ years of financial services related experience.
- Motivated and driven tester with a proven track record with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence
- Financial services systems experience in Corporate / Wholesale Banking and/or Treasury / Cash Management.
- Ability to conceptualize variance in process and scenarios, for example production parallel testing, staged or ramped up implementations and data migrations.
- Data/Test Case Definition, Creation and Testing Automation.
- Experience with SDLC / SW development processes (RUP, Agile, and Waterfall).
