**Job Description**:
We are hiring a skilled Active Directory Administrator. As an Active Directory Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's on-premises Active Directory and planning, executing, and overseeing the migration of on-premises Active Directory to Azure AD.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the company's on-premises Active Directory environment
- Plan, execute and oversee the migration of on-premises Active Directory to Azure AD
- Work closely with the team to ensure the migration is successful, and all users and groups are migrated correctly
- Create and manage Azure AD users, groups, and policies
- Ensure Active Directory security best practices are implemented, including identity and access management, authentication, and authorization
- Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory related issues, including connectivity, replication, and security
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Active Directory, including standard operating procedures, technical design documents, and security policies
- Implement and manage identity synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD
- Monitor and maintain the health of Active Directory infrastructure and identify and remediate issues as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in managing and maintaining Active Directory environment
- Experience in migrating on-premises Active Directory to Azure AD
- Expertise in configuring, managing and maintaining Azure AD, including users, groups, and policies
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Experience in managing identity synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD
- Familiarity with identity and access management, authentication, and authorization best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
