**Job Description**:
Hands - on experience in installation, configuration & trouble shooting of Windows Domain Controllers 2008, 2012, 2016 R2 edition, Server Securities and Administration, Servers Build-up using Remote Deployment tools, Administration of Clustering services, Terminal services, support Hybrid Infrastructure with cloud & virtualization (VMware) and Hyper-V Management.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience with Microsoft **Directory Services** by having in-depth knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Active Directory Cross Forest, Active Directory Replication, proficient in doing recovery of AD Domain Controllers, Active Directory disaster recovery and backup solution.
- Good experience on managing multiple Active Directory Forests & Domains on Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 R2 Edition for a large, geographically dispersed enterprise infrastructure, Good Exposure to Group Policies creation & designing GPO processing, their testing and implementation, experience on Merger and Demerger of active directory Environment, In-Depth knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Domain Controllers replication configurations & issues.
- Strong knowledge and good hands hold experience in configuring & administering **Active Directory Services** like Federation Services (2.0 & 3.0), Certificate Services, Rights Management Services, Lightweight Directory Services, PKI Knowledge, Dynamic Access Control (DAC), DFSR, DFS & FRS.
- Administration & management of core infrastructure services like FSMO Roles, WINS, DNS, DHCP, IIS & WSUS configurations, TCP/IP, SMB, LDAP & Kerberos protocol services.
- Experience in complex infra delivery, People management, Operations, Senior stakeholder management and managing project.

Job Requirements
- Minimum **8 years of experience in Managing Active Directory** in large enterprise environment.
- Experience in supporting on premise active directory with Azure active directory.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Applications and Services like WSUS, IIS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, SMS, MOM, etc.
- Scripting knowledge /strong experience in VB Script, PowerShell preferred
- Experience with domain consolidations/migrations preferred.
- Should be familiar with AD Performance, Scalability, availability and DR concepts.
- Working experience in ITSM environment, Incident/ Change/ Problem Management etc.
- Possess the ability to work independently and as a strong team player with mínimal management supervision and as part of nationwide team of engineers. Outstanding Customer service skills required.
- Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management environment.
- Troubleshooting and ability to analyse technical problems to prevent future occurrence.
- Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible.
- **Preferred Skills / Optional Skill / Nice to Have**:

- Should have certification in MCP/ MCTS/ MCSA for the Windows Servers 2003/ 2008/ 2012/ 2016 track.
- Should have certifications in Microsoft Azure/Cloud Platform and Infrastructure.
- ITIL (Version 3) Foundation Certified
- Ability to create technical value-added knowledge base (KB) articles/process documents to further enhance the new technologies in the project.
- People with prior IT experience in a Pharmaceutical Domain (Manufacturing or R&D) highly preferred
- Strong hands-on experience and deep understanding of PowerShell Scripting, VB script, and Batch script.
- **VMWare Infrastructure Administration and Management**: Proficient on VMware technologies like:

- VMware High-Availability, VMware DRS, VMWare vCenter, VMware Vmotion, etc.
- **Networking**: Configuration and Troubleshooting knowledge of SSL, VPNs, LAN/Wan, VLAN, Routers, Switches.
- Experience on other Microsoft products like SCCM, Exchange 2013, Office-365, etc. Strong knowledge on Skype for Business Office Pro Plus and One Drive

Good practices on configuration and handling Change Management, Incident and Problem Management, SLA metrics & Escalations to flow the various desired tasks/activities in the project
