- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Sat, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical stock counts.
- Ensure inventory counts are accurate and maintain correct warehouse inventory records.
- Receive all goods delivered to the warehouse and update the Oracle system with their status (e.g., PO & RMA, Receipt).
- Manage inventory and handle administrative tasks like inventory adjustments and scrapping.
- Conduct a full physical inventory stocktake once a year.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse using the 5S methodology.
- Resolve inventory issues and support the team to boost productivity.
- Monitor and ensure warehouse KPIs are met.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth warehouse operations.
- Arrange daily inbound and outbound shipments and manage material handling.
- Handle documentation for deliveries, goods received, and material handling (e.g., Delivery Notes, COA, Invoices, packing lists).
- Maintain and ensure all warehouse equipment is in working condition.
- Ensure safety and maintenance practices meet OSHAS, 5S, and ISO standards.
- Perform special tasks and ad-hoc duties as required.
- Plan periodic inventory provisioning based on past usage and future forecasts to maintain optimal stock levels.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Familiar with warehouse software and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must have a valid forklift license.
- Able to work independently while also demonstrating strong teamwork.
