Archi Coordinator

Responsible on the material submission for architect and owner approval.
- Liaise with PM on sub-contractor and supplier matters.
- To counter propose on the architectural materials and designs for the ease of construction and cost

effective.
- Monitoring of VO on the architectural items with all the substantiation to PM.
- Monitoring of architectural schedule, materials submission and material delivery.
- Maintain records in accordance to ISO procedure.
- To advise project team on the architectural matters.
- Plan and advise architectural supervisor and foremen on the architectural construction sequencing

and arrangement.
- Liaise with Project manager on the CONQUAS/QM assessment.
- Inspect architectural works carried out by sub-contractors and accompany client architect (if

necessary) to inspect the works.
- To compile all the TOP document from sub-contractor and supplier for the RI inspection and BCA

submission.
- To support on the handing over kit and defects monitoring min 3 months after TOP.
- To monitor and submit as built architectural drawing 2 months before TOP.
- Responsible to work extra hours for any operation after working hour are deemed to be part of the

overall responsibility.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your reporting PM.Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ or relevant experience in Singapore
Good organizational and communication skills
