Singapore JOYFULNESS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. Full time

The Finance Manager is supporting the GM in all aspects finance, accounting, budget planning, tax compliance and reporting, achievement of financial KPIs and other ad-hoc activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely reporting and actively managing the financial performance and accounting activities of the business
- Oversee the timely and correct invoicing and payment collections to maintain healthy cashflow
- Payment of Tax and ensure compliance to local regulations
- Creation and managing of monthly financial books and annual budget data submission
- Setting up projects on SAP and putting in place report structures, policies and templates
- Reporting on overhead and administration spend vs target at regular interval

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Completed university studies or equivalent academic attainment
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experiences in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax or Business Management
- Sound knowledge and experience with SAP accounting systems
- Good communication skills and language ability
- Sound knowledge in Singapore FRS
- Experience with external audits/auditors and with Singapore tax requirements
- Analytical Thinking and Good Team Player
