**Job description**:

- System administration
- Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price
- Enquire quotation from Vendors
- Upkeep and arrange certification for equipment/machinery
- Obtaining recommendations from supplier for substitute items
- Obtaining approval from requisitioning department
- Stock controlling

**Job requirements**:

- Min. 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma
- PC proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Good communication skill
- The person who has knowledge in technical/ spare parts is an advantage
