**_Job Description: _**
- Report to Project Manager, develop projected milestone, plans, method statement and specifications.
- Responsible for on-site technical and engineering matters.
- Participate in the preparation of construction plans and technical coordination for the structural part of the project management plan. Participate in the drawing review.
- Ensure site works are executed based on approved drawing, project requirement, schedule, safety & quality standard.
- Organise the pre-inspection before formal acceptance. Coordinate and inspect with sub-contractor and consultant.
- Responsible for timely technical clarification of changes to engineering drawings and other technical documents.
- Coordination and on-site supervision of the concrete usage of the building, responsible/assist in completing the control and quality supervision of the prefabricated components, steel bars and other materials of the building; responsible for the structural material testing.
- Upkeep site record and progress report. Handling of drawing issues and authorities submission.
- Coordinate, Attend meetings, liaise with consultants, clients, etc.
- To undertake specific task/assignment as and when directed by the Management

**_Job Requirement: _**
- At least 5 Year(s) of local working experience in Construction industry.
- Experience in **LTA Rail / HDB BTO **projects with hands-on in required submission matterswill be added advantage
- Self-motivated, proactive, analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.
- Excellent project and time management abilities.
- Display high level of professionalism and integrity
- Multi-tasking and is able to handle stress
- Able to work independently
