**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **technical architecture design**, technology selection, and implementation planning for Salesforce projects.
- Participate in full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to deployment and performance optimization.
- Architect, plan, and oversee the **core functions and modules**of the Salesforce platform, ensuring system stability, scalability, and high availability.
- Design and enforce **system security, data protection, and compliance frameworks**within Salesforce environments.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to conduct **technical risk assessments**and make architecture decisions aligned with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities, performance tuning, and automation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain detailed **architecture documentation**, technical specifications, and implementation standards.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- **5-8+ years**of experience in **Salesforce architecture and solution design**, including Lightning development projects.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization (Profiles, Permission Sets, Flows, Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce).
- Strong understanding of **Salesforce integration patterns**and hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript**, and frameworks such as **Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS**.
- Experience with **ASP MVC, ASP Web API**, and third-party API integrations.
- Familiarity with **version control systems**(e.g., Git) and **DevOps practices**including CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid grasp of **software design patterns**, multithreading, distributed systems, and performance optimization principles.
- Experience with **OmniStudio and OmniScript**preferred.
- Knowledge of **AWS Government Commercial Cloud (GCC)**and **GovTech stack**is advantageous.
- Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems**, or related discipline.
- Salesforce certifications such as **Application Architect**, **System Architect**, **Platform Developer II**, or **Technical Architect**are highly desirable.
- Experience with **Salesforce Public Sector Solutions**will be an advantage.
