HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **VP, Premier Market Head.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Lead, develop and manage a team of Jade Relationship Managers managing our high net worth clients to ensure achievement of the business objectives
- The incumbent has a vital role to play in effectively leading and implementing change as an integral part of delivering the business strategy
- Ensure the teams adhere to cross border regulations in the execution of cross border transactions and market development
- Create and maintain an environment where the team heads and their team maximizes performance in achieving the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business objectives
- Ensure the business run effectively and efficiently in accordance to the Retail Banking and Wealth Management Operating Model
- Keeping abreast of and comply to all Risk Control Management and Group Compliance policies

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in Premier and Offshore market particularly in area of wealth management and business development
- Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system
- Understanding of business banking client segment and products and services
- Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market
