**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-ordinate with all stakeholders and produce the proposal (RFI, PPQ, ITT, RFP etc.) response and submit a winning proposal respond;
- Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes;
- Organise and hold the bid kick-off meeting;
- Define the bid cost structure, with the support of Engineering team;
- Manage the interfaces with Partners and Client;
- Analyse Contract requirements and conditions;
- Assist in bid vendors list definition, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for best offers;
- Prepare the bidding documents for the subcontract RFQ’s;
- Integrate proposal packages prepared by the individual Operating Companies and Proposal Partners (if any) and reconcile possible discrepancies;
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation;
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements;
- Contribution in cost and price calculations;
- Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers;
- Other scope of work to be assigned

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with proven record in the tendering process;
- Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
- Knowledgeable and experience with appropriate codes and standards (IEC, NEMA, BS, etc);
- Experience in energy storage technology would be advantageous
