Throughout the last four decades, the company grew from strength to strength and is today involved in the primary businesses of Aerospace (including Air Traffic Management), Defence & Security, Ground Transportation and Digital Identity & Security. Thales today employs over 2,100 people in Singapore across all its business areas. Key responsibilities 1) Defining the pre-requisites and the priorities for the T&C planning. 2) Coordinating the production of the T&C documentation. 3) Managing the interfaces with the different entities 4) Witnessing or performing specific tests on the system 5) Plan and coordinate the site tests 6) Coordinate the necessary means for the realisation of the systems tests, being understood that each entity provides the staff and test tools for their own equipment. 7) Organising the "readiness reviews" prior to the systems tests; follow-up the corrective actions mandatory before the systems tests start. 8) Create and manage action plans corresponding to malfunctioning of the system, aiming to reach the performances targets. 9) Manage the system configuration during the successive tests phases. 10) Participate the T&C Weekly Meeting to review requirements for T&C activities. 11) Produce and issue the T&C 4 Week Look Ahead planning 12) Prepare documentation for test procedures (method statements) 13) Maintain the site always neat and tidy. 14) Able to understand the regulation and requirement of local electrical practice and SMRT/ LTA requirements. 15) Preparation of red markup drawings according to the site condition and approved modification 16) Able to prepare Test Procedure and relevant technical document. 17) Able to learn and pick up cut-in/cut-out of circuits for new systems or reroute cables / systems that required test and commissioning. **Requirements**: 1) Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering 2) Able to read the electrical scheme drawings and make necessary correction when required. 3) Previous experience in Testing & Commissioning of large rail infrastructure projects (desired but not Must) 4) Familiar with working in and around live electrified railway systems. 5) Hands on experience in using Test Equipment like Multi meter, Scopemeter, etc. 6) Training will be provided 7) Fresh graduate are welcome
