Roles & Responsibilities
**Job Description**:
- Assist clients with corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches and representative offices, striking-off of companies.
- Update and maintain statutory and corporate records required by Companies Act
- Prepare board resolutions and minutes Prepare and filing of e-forms (ACRA) and e-stamping of transfer forms
- Perform Customer Due Diligience
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Able to work independently
- 5 days work week
- Near Tai Seng MRT
**Requirements**:
'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a team.
Fresh graduates, no prior experience required as training will be provided.
