Commercial Growth Manager

**What you’ll do**:
- Collaborate with regional front-line and product teams to understand clients’ pain points and provide solutions. Drive business requirements to address these pain points along with clear go to market strategies
- Be responsible for user growth - formulating and implementing product growth strategies based on client and market insights. Leverage user growth tools and product incentives to drive new user acquisition and engagement
- Drive the development of product content guides and sales pitches tailored to clients’ segments. Coordinate with the marketing team to deliver these content guides, sales pitches and articulate the product value proposition
- Evaluate market conditions and competitor data across SEA to identify emerging trends and support the continuous optimization of incentives and campaigns
- Provide insights & drive implementation on cross functional projects, execute recommendations via gathering business requirements for tech builds, drafting of business requirement documents, process mapping & re-engineering & project management
- Perform various administrative and operational duties to drive effectiveness. These operational tasks include but are not limited to preparation of materials for senior management, facilitate key management meetings, maintenance of target timelines of initiatives & getting updates to drive traction, draft processes & validate implementation of initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of the cross-border payment landscape across SEA countries with at least 5-7 years of working experience as a payments product manager and/or payments user growth manager in the cross border business
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries, dealing with ambiguity and setting up internal networks to break down barriers and improve cross functional collaboration
- Ability to handle and manage a fast-paced schedule, high volume of work, produce associated deliverables within short deadlines and work within a complex governance structure
- Ability to independently drive market & client research and drive the end-to-end development of business requirement documents
- Proficient in data analytical skills with the ability to convert data into business insights and actions
- Demonstrate ownership, commitment, accountability, and responsibility for the assigned business objectives. Self-driven, possesses strong interpersonal skills and keen can-do mindset
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin to coordinate with Mandarin speaking stakeholders from across the team
