**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and driven **Retail Sales Supervisor**to join our fashion retail team. You will be responsible for supporting the store leadership team in daily operations, supervising sales associates, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, sales, and team motivation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Customer Experience**:

- Drive daily sales performance and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, offering expert product knowledge and styling advice.
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns and upselling strategies.

**Team Supervision & Training**:

- Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members on brand standards and sales techniques.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to foster a high-performance culture.

**Store Operations**:

- Oversee store activities in the absence of the Retail Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Ensure daily operational tasks such as opening/closing, sales chits, and stockroom organization are completed accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, security, and adherence to health and safety standards.

**Visual Merchandising & Inventory**:

- Support the execution of visual merchandising according to seasonal guidelines and brand image.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and assist in cycle counts or stocktake exercises.
- Identify slow-moving items and suggest promotional tactics.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum O-Level / Diploma in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of fashion retail experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or senior sales role.
- Prior experience in the Singapore retail market is essential.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and product presentation.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory processes.

**Other Requirements**:

- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
- Energetic and motivated with a passion for fashion retail.
