Tuas, Singapore STEELTECH INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Description**:
1) Work closely with the QS manager on tenders and projects.

2) Liaising with site in-charge for progress of work done on site.

3) Prepare progressive claims and potential variation claims at regular intervals of the project.

4) Quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post contract.

5) Certificate and evaluate progress work done; includes contract administration for any variation or change for both Subcontracts and Main Contracts.

6) Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner.

7) Perform other QS-related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in QS / Building / equivalent.
- Experience and knowledge in steelwork and metalwork are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/ Surveying Works in construction firm.
- Good communication skill, both oral and written in English.

Pay: $2,700.00 - $4,500.00 per month
