As an Associate / Senior Associate within the Portfolio Value Creation team, you will play an active role in shaping the performance and strategy of portfolio companies across diverse industries and geographies. This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders, direct involvement in value creation initiatives, and a clear pathway for talented professionals from consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance backgrounds to build a career on the buy-side.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on portfolio companies, assessing business strategy, operational effectiveness, financial performance, and industry trends.
- Identify and support the execution of value creation opportunities, such as strategy refocusing, operational improvements, balance sheet optimisation, and restructuring.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models (DCF, DDM, comparables, precedent transactions) with scenario planning and sensitivity analyses.
- Partner with senior management and boards to deliver strategic and operational outcomes.
- Contribute to discussions on portfolio synergies and opportunities for both organic and inorganic growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
- 1-3 years’ experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, or accounting.
- Ability to operate independently while thriving in collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments.
