**What the role is**
- We are looking for driven and resourceful Head (HR Business Partner) to lead a team to support various business units in their transformation journey to raise, train and sustain talent, ensuring that they are aligned with the organisational goals and talent strategy.

**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities Reporting to the Deputy Director (HR Business Partnership), the successful job holder will lead a team of HR Business Partners to: - Plan, manage and co-ordinate all the HR functions to ensure that they are carried out effectively and efficiently - Partner business units to plan their future workforce requirements to ensure a good supply and demand match - Partner business units in various strategic human resource areas such as recruitment and retention, performance management, staff management, industrial relations and exit management - Act as change agent by developing and communicating organisational strategy with business units and/or employees, where required - Design and implement the scholarship and internship programme to ensure a healthy pipeline of scholars, associates and interns are hired every year - Organise outreach programmes to enhance the brand awareness and span of reach to target audience - Support employees through employee life cycle from onboarding to off-boarding - Implement relevant HR strategies to support and drive business needs and performance - Initiate reviews on existing HR processes for continuous improvement and relevancy - Contribute to the formulation and review of HR policies and provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and employment legislations - Work closely with HR Shared Services and other stakeholders to provide solutions for business - Compile and analyse manpower statistics for reporting and surveys - Other ad-hoc initiatives and projects may be assigned
