**Requirements**:

- Industry expertise**:20+ years of professional experience**in the payments or financial services sector.
- Hands-on experience with **payment gateways**(e.g., Revolut, Western Union, or other leading payment providers).
- Deep understanding of **payment systems, digital banking, and fintech trends**.
- Familiarity with **global case studies**(e.g., Revolut, DBS, OCBC) and the ability to contextualize lessons for the **Indian market**.
- Strong public speaking and facilitation skills with proven experience delivering impactful training sessions.
- Ability to run **interactive workshops**using market insights and case-based discussions.
