Customer Service and Admin Assistant

**Customer service duties**
1. Contact and validate leads generated and assigned to the ID Sales team.
2. Arrange and coordinate photo shoots with photographers and homeowners for completed renovation projects.
3. Contact clients for post-renovation surveys and other concerns. Including managing of after sales service.
5. Provide quotation for enquires.
**Admin Duties**:
1. Assiting Accounts with issuing and recording of Purchase Order.
2. Assiting Accounts with issuing and updating of SOA.
3. Filing and updating of documents.
4. Assist in providing marketing material to Marketing personnel.
5. Handle recruitment process, employment contracts, internship, on-boarding, and off-boarding process.
6.Coordination of training for new hires with respective partners.
8.Manage overall staff welfare.
9.Assist in the arrangement of the monthly staff meetings and trainings.
**Ad Hoc Duties**:
1. Manage and liaise with products samples suppliers on product samples catalog collection in the office.
2.Liaise with suppliers/vendors/partners for potential collaborations.
3. Ensure office cleanliness and restocking of pantry and office supplies.
4. Assist in other ad-hoc administrative matters as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
At least 1 years of working experience.
Able to work closely in a team environment as well as independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Canva.
Social Media savvy.
Preferred to be able to start immediately.
