**Main Functions & Responsibilities**:
1) To maintain accurate inventory records and ensuring that stock levels are optimal. They monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and make adjustments as necessary to prevent overstock or stockouts.

2) To manage the layout and organization of the warehouse to maximize space utilization and accessibility. Allocating storage locations for items and maintain a system for easy retrieval and put-away.

3) Responsible for quality assurance within the warehouse. They ensure that all products are handled and stored correctly to prevent damage or spoilage. This may involve setting quality control procedures and conducting periodic checks.

4) To enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance in the warehouse, including all machines or equipment calibration validity, proper handling of hazardous materials, and etc.

5) Need to generate reports related to inventory levels, order processing, and performance metrics. These reports help in decision-making and planning.

6) Coordinating with various stakeholders, including suppliers, site person, and internal departments, to ensure a smooth flow of goods. Effective communication is essential for resolving issues and meeting delivery schedules.

7) Monitoring and controlling warehouse and logistics costs, including labor, storage, and transportation expenses. This involves budgeting and cost analysis.

8) Planning and optimizing the routing of deliveries to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation. This may involve choosing the best carriers, routes, and delivery methods.

9) Implementing and using warehouse SQL System to streamline operations, track inventory, and improve visibility into the supply chain.
