ey Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Plan and manage logistics operations including transportation, delivery schedules, and route optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare reports on inventory, logistics performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Handle issues related to damaged goods, delays, or discrepancies in shipments.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse and logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and logistics best practices.
