**Summary**

We are looking for a Production Supervisor who oversees the daily operations. The Production Supervisor organizes, manages, and runs SGProtein’s daily production at their facility at 7 Buroh Lane, Singapore. The main responsibility is to ensure the smooth operations of the production processes with a focus on efficiency and productivity.

Driven by the global trend towards a flexitarian diet due to environmental, sustainability, and health concerns, SGProtein addresses the increasing demand for alternative protein sources. By producing the latest generation of meat analogues for their clients, SGProtein enables companies, from small start-ups to big food-producing companies, to scale up their innovation. Equipped with a state-of-the-art high-capacity extruder for high-moisture meat analogues and a range of further processing machinery, SGProtein manufactures according to customer specifications. SGProtein produces, packs, cools or freezes, and delivers the products, so their clients can focus on developing and selling them; because SGProtein believes that innovation can only grow with the proper infrastructure.
- Planning and coordinating of production (including employees, raw materials, processed and finished products, etc.)
- Ensuring smooth and efficient operations at highest quality with mínimal of lost production time and waste material.
- Ensure compliance of GMP’s QC/QA, EHS and other standards in close collaboration with the Quality Control Executive.
- Actively support constant improvement on the overall companies EHS and Sustainability mission.
- Strive for continuous improvement of processes and procedures of the daily operations.
- Training/ Retraining production operators on proper production methods and work instructions following industrial and company standards (including personal hygiene, workplace cleanliness and standard work-instructions, etc).
- Troubleshooting of machinery, equipment and end product. Carrying out necessary corrective action.
- Frequent reporting on production.
- Responsible for the accuracy and consistency of inventory stock count for raw materials and finished products.
- Hands on coordination of logistic liaison with delivery pick up or finished goods transfer between SGProtein and client’s logistic supplier.
- Any other tasks as required by the Managment.

**Competencies**
- Relevant experience in engineering and/ or food processing
- Bachelor or technical degree in engineering, food processing or similar.
- Ability to manage and lead production operators.
- Experienced in extrusion process of advantage
- Self-driven and flexible personality.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English, writing and speaking.
