- Description:

- **Supervise and direct the production team to achieve target outputs and maintain high quality standards**:

- **Manage and expedite the production flow to meet production target**:

- **Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading engineering drawings and process instructions.**:

- **Oversee all aspects of day-to-day production operations**:

- **Support the Plant Manager to plan and fully utilize of manpower and resources**:

- **Develop, maintain and update production documentation including MITE, OWI, RA.**:

- **Ensure that the production documentation complies with the ISO standards.**:

- **Lead and support production audits such as DNV audits and safety inspection with the supervisor.**:

- **Lead and identify possible process improvement.**:

- **Manage production workflows, WIPs and resources.**:

- **Work with maintenance and supervisor to ensure the preventive maintenance plan is executed to keep the machine upkeep.**:

- **Involved in production plant layout optimization and machine acquisition process.**:

- **Perform duties as per assigned by the production manager.**:

- **Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and site safety through hazard identification and prevention.**

**Job Requirements**:

- **Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent**:

- **Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a production supervisor or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry**:

- **Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and drawings.**:

- **Good communication skills.**:

- **Able to work as a team.**:

- **Good understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment and quality control measures**:

- **Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
