As a Sales and Training Director, your primary duties and responsibilities would include:
Sales:

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Leading the sales team in developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
- Working closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional campaigns.
- Conducting regular sales reviews and providing recommendations for improvement.

Training:

- Developing and implementing training programs for all staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
- Creating and maintaining training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.
- Providing ongoing coaching and support to staff members to ensure they are meeting performance targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance staff engagement and motivation.
- Identifying and addressing training gaps and opportunities for professional development.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Overall, as a Sales and Training Director, you would be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and ensuring that all staff members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field may be required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and training in the beauty industry is required. Experience in a leadership or management role is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the beauty industry, including products, trends, and competitors, is necessary to lead the sales and training teams effectively.
- Excellent sales skills, including the ability to analyze sales data, develop sales strategies, and build strong customer relationships.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs for the sales team is essential. The director should be able to identify knowledge gaps and create training programs to improve sales performance.
- Strong leadership skills are necessary to manage the sales and training teams effectively. The director should be able to motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Passion for the beauty industry include a strong interest in the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
