**What you will do**:

- Dry-cleans bags, handbags, jackets, shoes, wallets and accessories.
- Manages and operates cleaning machines to wash or dry clean customer bags and personal items. These articles include specialized clothing or articles like suede, leather, furs, linens, Pu leather or PVC. These items usually cannot be cleaned by a standard washer and dryer and will need to be dry-cleaned by hand
- Primary responsibility is to ensure proper cleaning of clothing, bags or personal articles that customers bring in with specialized dry cleaning agents.
- Monitor and operate various industrial machines and equipment. This includes adjusting equipment or machines, ensuring proper chemicals are used, and following all cleaning instructions for each article, bag or clothing item.
- Treating spots or stains prior to dry cleaning and placing them into the machines.
- Cleaning and polishing of metal hardware on bags and accessories
- Simple packing of cleaned bags, straps, accessories items with paper and plastic bags before placing into paper bags
- Detailed checking and assessment of condition of customer items before the dry-cleaning process. To take pics and upload them in our system if any irregularities are found

**GENERAL DUTIES**:

- order management, Inventory checking, packing and keeping strictly to order due dates and production targets and deadlines

**What you will need**:

- Possess excellent attention to detail
- Have a careful and methodical approach
- Sense of responsibility for customers' bags and items
- Have an ability to work with simple administrative tasks (simple recording and tracking of orders)
- Responsible and willing to learn.

On the job training will be given, with product knowledge of all different kinds of leathers, fabrics and materials to ensure the right dry cleaning methods and techniques are applied.
