Key Responsibilities
- Relacquer, stitch, deconstruct and reconstruct, skiving of leather, replace/restitch zipper, zipperhead, replacement of metal hardware, customization of the various parts of bags, accessories, and footwear.
- Use machines to spray bags, accessories, and footwear.
- Perform technical repairs for all products according to company repair standards and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Restore worn leather products.
- Assist in inventory control, sourcing, and replenishment of working materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist to identify and report quality issues encountered while repairing items.
- Monitor and operate various industrial machines and equipment. This includes adjusting equipment and/or machines, ensuring proper chemicals are used, and following all instructions for each article.
- Play an active role in the maintenance of materials stocked, as well as tools and equipment.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure smooth and efficient quality repairs.
- Continuously learn and keep up with the right skills level for high quality repairs of luxury products.Strictly keep to order due dates, production targets, and deadlines of orders, inventory checking and packing
