**Roles and Responsibilities: -**
- Providing clerical administrative support.
- Receiving, verification and acknowledge receipt of the vendor / customer documents in accordance with agreed document control procedure.
- Register, Organize, Filing and Maintenance of project drawings / documents / correspondences with vendor / customer.
- Attend project meetings and record minutes of meeting in the project related meeting.
- Transmit documents to Classification Societies, Customers or other project stake holders for approval.
- Issue documents with transmittal to Operations and other departments.
- Interface with Internal Stakeholders on billing issues / discrepancies with Vendor / Customer.
- Keep track and provide updates of overseas project travel matters of personnel (Internal and Client) to various work sites.
- Coordination of daily project and logistics activities.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external customers on administrative matters.
- Handling Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, etc. for orders management and processing.
- Handling full spectrum of shipping documents (e.g. bill of ladings, invoice, pack list, etc.) for Import & Export.
- Monitoring & liaising with Vendor / Customer / 3PL / 4PL for delivery / order fulfilment.
- Streamline the process and communication between customer, supplier, warehouse.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

**Requirements: -**
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin language as the role requires liaising with Mandarin speaking customers.
- Computer literate and proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Knowledge in ERP, SAP, Google Suite etc. would be added advantage.
- EPC project execution experience will be added advantage.
- Resourceful, good problem solving and analytical skillsand able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to interact with different levels of people.
- Organized and able to manage multiple activities, programs timely and tight work deadlines.
- Min. 2 - 4 years in customer support / order processing role experience.
- Min. 2 - 4 years logistics / warehouse experience.
