Key Responsibilities:

- Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the employer's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both professional and personal.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing events, conferences, or special occasions, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Project Assistance: Support with personal or business projects, including research, data management, and coordinating efforts across teams or departments.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate needs and resolve minor issues independently, escalating when necessary.
- Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth running of daily activities by assisting with household or office management tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage with people at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Able to anticipate needs and offer solutions without supervision.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with care and professionalism.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in schedule or priorities

Working Conditions:
