We are looking for a personal assistant for our new collaboration, Infinitus Group

Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with attractive pay and opportunities.

**Job Description**:

- The Personal Assistant will be highly involved in the sales, recruitment and daily administration & operations of the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide full administrative/secretarial support (managing daily calendar & schedules, appointment scheduling, etc)
- Assist in business development tasks & follow-up closely
- Set priorities, monitor progress towards goals, and track details
- Others duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

- Diploma in any discipline or A Levels certification
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and teamwork
- Experience in the financial advisory industry is a bonus
