Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance to accounting principles and standards to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and reporting requirements : -Process Accounts Payable documents (invoices/staff claims/request for payments).Manage invoices and staff claims to ensure payments are made promptly and in compliance with policies.Post journal entries & General Ledger adjustments.Follow up on outstanding items in Financial Schedules (Balance Sheets/Vendor Reconciliation/Outstanding POs) to ensure that invoices are received and expenses are properly recorded.Handle Financial month-end/Year-end closing matters.Perform any ad-hoc finance duties as assignedQualifications
