As a Sourcing Manager, you play an integral role in leading the strategic sourcing activities to maximize sustainable margin growth. You lead a team to support business, bringing insights that enable strategic decisions. You engage and influence at all levels through your partnership with sales, supply chain and many more functions. You also collaborate with the regional strategic sourcing team to follow through on strategy and tactics. The Challenges Be responsible for developing a multi-year sourcing strategy with estimated costs and potential savings based on identified opportunities, expected demand and contract renewal timing. Lead sourcing initiatives to ensure that goods and services are obtained at the lowest cost consistent with business requirements for quality, performance, service and availability, and meet or exceed established performance goals for savings, margin improvement and customer satisfaction. Manage sourcing deals and contracts ensuring commercial and cost-saving benefits are realised at the P&L level. Drive key supplier relationships including monitoring and measuring performance relative to contract terms and conditions, service level agreement and key performance indicators. Ensure product categories and item classification in the ERP are set up and regularly reviewed. Develop and implement strategic sourcing policies and procedures, define plans that close current gaps and ensure compliance. Create an environment that encourages and rewards teamwork and collaboration, both internally and externally. What It Takes Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related discipline Experience in strategic sourcing of direct materials preferred Strong business acumen and experience managing complex supply chains and cost models Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines All information will be kept in the strictest confidentiality.
