**Responsibilities**:
1) Administration
- Manage and maintain the enrolment pipeline/database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students.
- Compile and analyze enrolment data for reporting purposes, contributing to ongoing improvements and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the enrolment process.
- Perform administrative tasks related to enrolment, including documentation, record-keeping, and coordination of trial classes.

2) Operations
- Implement and execute comprehensive enrolment strategies to drive student admissions and meet enrolment targets.
- Arrange and facilitate trial classes for prospective students, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Address inquiries from parents and students, providing detailed information on curriculum, teaching methodologies, and any other relevant details.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and materials that enhance the tuition centre's visibility.

3) Sales
- Utilize various communication channels to engage with prospective students and provide information on available programs.
- Conduct personalized consultations with parents and students to assist in academic program selection and highlight the benefits of enrolling.
- Implement outreach initiatives to attract new students, including organizing events, campaigns, and open houses.
- Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to develop effective enrolment and marketing strategies.

4) Additional Responsibilities
- Perform any administrative tasks or duties as assigned by Management.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the enrolment process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record with a minimum of 2 years of experience in roles spanning administration, operations, and sales, preferably in enrolment or education.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and enrolment management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues.
- Driven and self-motivated individual with a strong consultative selling and business development flair.
- Knowledge of the education industry, curriculum, and tutoring programs is highly desirable.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Working hours**:

- Mondays - closed
- Tuesdays to Fridays - 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Saturdays and Sundays - 8:30 AM to 6.30 PM

**Salary**: $1,900.00 - $2,800.00 per month
