**Sales Analysis and Forecasting**:

- Lead sales data collection, analysis, and forecasting processes to support sales strategy and performance evaluation.
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports for senior management and HQ in Korea.
- Identify sales trends, opportunities, and risks through comprehensive data analysis.

**Financial Planning and Analysis**:

- Collaborate with finance to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models aligned with sales projections.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to optimize revenue generation and cost efficiency.
- Support the CFO in developing financial strategies and business plans.

**Strategic Support to CFO**:

- Assist the CFO in developing financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and prepare presentations for senior management and HQ.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights for analysis.
- Support corporate initiatives and special projects as required.

**Korean Reporting and Compliance**:

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to HQ in Korea, adhering to their specific reporting standards and requirements.
- Coordinate with regional teams to gather financial data and ensure alignment with corporate reporting guidelines.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for Korean stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and strategic initiatives.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 2 years of related work experience, preferably in retail/travel retail industry
- Minimum Diploma in Finance or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales analysis, financial planning, or similar roles — preferably within the Retail or Travel Retail industry
- Advanced Excel skills with strong ability to handle large datasets and perform financial modelling
- Proficiency in English is required for reporting
- Knowledge in Korean Language is a plus point
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.
