Asia Pacific & Greater China is one of three global regions for Aston Martin, covering key markets such as India, Greater China, Japan, South Korea, Australia & New Zealand, and South-East Asia. Our Singapore regional headquarters, re-established in 2025, is the central hub supporting commercial success and operational excellence across all these markets.

About the Role: Sales Operations Senior Manager (Singapore-based)
As our Sales Operations Senior Manager, you’ll lead the sales operations function across the region. From strategy and planning to forecasting and performance improvement, you’ll play a critical role in driving commercial success. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines analytical thinking, process optimisation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with Aston Martin’s global objectives
- Lead sales forecasting, target setting, and incentive programme planning
- Monitor and enhance sales performance across all Asia Pacific & Greater China markets
- Produce actionable insights through data analysis, reports, and dashboards
- Define and manage dealer operating standards across the region
- Streamline and optimise sales processes to improve efficiency and results
- Lead and mentor the regional sales operations team, fostering a culture of high performance
- Collaborate closely with central UK sales operations teams and cross-functional departments including marketing and finance
- Support and lead special projects that drive innovation and operational improvement

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone already performing at a high level in a similar role. Ideally, you have:

- Extensive experience in automotive sales operations or sales management
- Strong forecasting, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Experience working across multi-market, multi-cultural environments especially within Asia Pacific & Greater China
- Background working with or for a manufacturer or importer is highly preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across functions
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Excel, and sales analytics tools
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
