Financial Analyst

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Financial Modeling:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for Distributed Generation solar projects.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Due Diligence:

- Conduct thorough due diligence for project financing, ensuring accurate assessment of financial risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and perform financial analysis.

M&A Activity:

- Support M&A activities related to Distributed Generation solar projects.
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities, perform financial analysis, and assist in deal structuring.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial information.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is required.
- MBA in Finance is highly desirable.
- Experience in conducting due diligence for renewable project financing is mandatory.
- Experience in creating and utilizing financial models for M&A activity, particularly in the Distributed Generation solar sector is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
