We are a finance company looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented office receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company.
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients warm and professionally.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide accurate information and address inquiries about the company’s services and products
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and meeting room.
- Receive, sort, and distribute packages and prepare outgoing mail for dispatch
- Check letterbox daily for incoming mails
- Replenishment of pantry supplies if needed
- Maintain the reception, common areas & meeting rooms in a clean and tidy manner at all times Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma holder
- At least 2 years of experience as a office receptionist or customer service officer
- Pleasant disposition, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite and other relevant software
