The Regional B2B/T Marketing Executive will be responsible for maximising positive exposure to AF/KL trade partners and corporate clients in the region and ensuring quality and up-to-date local communication content for all trade partners and corporate clients.

To support the Regional Sales Development Manager in marketing activities for AFKL trade partners and corporate clients in the region.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Sales Communication**
- Manage B2B & B2T marketing communication
- Ensure communication to the sales team (B2E communication) about the most up-to-date sales topics
- Keep all B2B & B2T content up to date in the iShare group (sales library)
- Plan and coordinate e-newsletter for B2B & B2T in the region
- Administer the trade website agentconnect.biz and liaise with the central agentconnect.biz team

**B2B & B2T Marketing**
- Make sure each market follows the B2B & B2T marketing guidelines
- Design regional marketing plan and support local market in planning their B2B & B2T marketing actions
- Support local market in managing Trade Marketing Fund (TMF)
- Produce high-quality marketing material including sales presentations, flyers etc to support the sales team

**Bluebiz Program Management**
- Liaise and cooperate with the central bluebiz team
- Ensure implementation and adoption of bluebiz guidelines in each market
- Plan, coordinate and support regular and ad-hoc bluebiz campaigns
- Manage bluebiz reactivation activity for the region
- support country sales managers steering bluebiz performance

**KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES**

**Knowledge and experience**:

- Knowledge of airlines commercial (passenger division preferred)
- Strong understanding of all marketing activities (toward travel agents and corporate clients preferred)
