The HR Head (Hubs & Asia) is responsible for partnering all Hub leaders, along with Asia Market leaders, enabling them to move from small scale to full scale operations. This role is also responsible for overseeing the setup of HR operations & facilitating transition conversations for Unilever. This role will be responsible for smooth separation of Gro24/7 operations from Unilever, into standalone entities, globally.

The role holder will be the facilitator of set up of independent & scaled-up operations in all markets in Asia.

The role holder is also a key player in building the Gro24/7 culture.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strategic organization design & long-term planning
- Partner Hub leaders in planning & setting up full scale organizations
- Partner Market leaders in planning their full-scale organizations
- Guide market HR partners in building the full-scale organization
- Oversee & facilitate set up of HR operations in the markets, supporting the HR operations team
- Work with leaders to build the Gro24/7 culture
- Own talent building for all teams: external recruitment & facilitation of transition of Unilever employees to Gro24/7
- Ensure due diligence readiness

- Strong strategic planning foresight
- Stronger execution & project management skills
- Strong experience with culture building & leadership development
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
- Ability to be a sole contributor, while working with in a team
