This position reports to the General Manager and interfaces with Administrative IT staff. Marketing Executive develops and oversees marketing campaigns to promote products and services. The role of Marketing Executive can encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial, and administrative responsibilities. Marketing Executive is likely to work closely with other employees in areas such as advertising, market research, production, sales, and distribution.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brands awareness and competition ventures.
- Design Marketing collaterals relavance to the industry
- Manage the development of social media, CRM and other digital content to deliver effective marketing initiatives.
- Manage customer service communications and deliver prompt follow-up on customer interactions while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Build sustainable customer relationships.
- Help the team acquire partnerships that will enhance the Company's marketing effort.

**Technical Skills and Competencies**
- Active in planning, designing, preparing marketing collateral such as catalogues, brochures, price lists.
- Participate in marketing strategies and marketing tools and media planning in-line with sales tactical offerings and sales objectives.
- Tracking and monitoring campaign or event results and providing analysis and recommending of new media alternatives in keeping with the market trends.
- Gain experience in CRM and enrolments for courses and modules.
- Able to multi-task as the first point of contact to the learners and assist with course booking and payment.

**Duration of Traineeship: 6 months
**Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SGUnited Traineeship:
This position is open for mid-career individuals. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
