**About the role**

Join the dynamic team at 1STEP Pest Control Services Pte Ltd as a full-time Sales & Marketing Executive. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing initiatives and expanding its customer base in the Tampines North East Region. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales and marketing expertise to contribute to the growth and success of the business.

**What you'll be doing**
- Developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to promote the company's pest control services and solutions
- Generating qualified leads through various marketing channels, including digital platforms, trade shows, and direct outreach
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and convert leads into sales
- Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies
- Creating and maintaining compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content
- Attending industry events and networking with potential clients to build relationships and generate new business
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns to continuously improve effectiveness

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the pest control or related service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creativity and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in the use of marketing tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and digital advertising
- A results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
