Freshdirect Pte Ltd is a fruits and vegetables wholesale and distribution company that supplies to commercial kitchens all across Singapore. We specializes in supplying fresh produce to restaurants, cafes as well as large scale hotels and supermarkets. We are expanding our team. If you enjoy what we do, yes, we are looking for you
- Receiving and processing orders via all channels
- Answering phone calls
- Preparing invoices to customers
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisors

**Requirements**:

- PC Literate
- Min Nitec or ‘O’ Levels (Entry levels welcomed)
- Min 1 year of Administrative or Date Entry experience
- Meticulous, organized and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent phone etiquette and good verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Normal Working Hours: 8am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday) and 8am to 1pm (Sat), may require to work on shift rotation as and when required.
- Able to work on weekends and public Holidays
