**What you'll do**

As a SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and work according to specifications and project plans
- Consult team members on SuccessFactors processes, data structure, standard capabilities, APIs and integrations
- Build end-to-end solutions based on business process requirements and help to integrate them into AI solutions and Automations
- Design and support proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions

**What you bring**
- Bachelor or Master's in computer science or related field
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in SuccessFactors project implementation and maintenance
- Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
- Hands-on experience in MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Associations, Integration Center, ISC, SuccessFactors APIs
- Software Engineering and hands-on experience on SAP CPI would be an added plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solution-oriented attitude, adaptive to changing conditions, ability to understand and be responsive to value-driven business needs
- Desire and ability to work in an international fast-paced environment
- Drive for continuous learning and staying up to date with business solutions and technology
- Willingness to act as team player and improve execution as agile team
