**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as our **Junior Creative** to support the team in our visual & branding needs. The ideal Doll will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of visual communication, and a desire to contribute to innovative projects. You will play a vital role in creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social platforms. If you are passionate about beauty and e-commerce, we would love for you to be part of our Doll Team

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Design and Layout**:

- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, such as social media viasual, brochures, POSMs and packaging.
- Develop compelling layouts for websites nd social media graphics.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- **Video Editing**:

- Trimming clips, adding transitions, and adjusting audio levels.
- Producing short videos for social media, marketing campaigns, or other purposes.
- Work closely with marketing team to create effective video content.
- **Graphic Production**:

- Prepare files for print and digital production.
- Collaborate with printers and developers to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
- **Concept Development**:

- Contribute to the creative development process by generating design ideas and concepts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions.
- **Research and Trends**:

- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and their preferences.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Diploma in Graphic Design or related fields
- Possess a strong comprehension of brand’s identity, products and target audience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of visual communication principles and design aesthetics.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen interest in beauty will be a plus
- Thrives within a team environment & works well with others - equally reliable when working on your own initiative

**ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Experience with website design and development.
- Knowledge of animation or video editing software.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
