Our client is a global pharmaceutical company, dedicated to improving the lives of patients through the development and commercialization of innovative therapeutics. This is an exciting role that has arisen due to their expansion into the ASEAN region. This is a one-year contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Implementation of a sales force effectiveness system, including tracking, analysis, and reporting
- CRM system installation, support, management, and monitoring Rep all plan development, incentives, and compensation calculation

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree or higher, as well as 3 years of experience in a CRM/sales-related role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau) to process data and provide feedback
- Ability to think strategically and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team
- Ability to be self-motivated and prioritize tasks Knowledge of and experience working in the country health care environment is preferred
