**Test Planning
- Create, Maintain, manage and enforce Test plan
- Plan, monitor and control of testing activities
- Responsible for driving forward the company test strategy
- Schedule test execution, monitor, measure, control and report the test progress, product quality status and test results

Manage testers as per assigned on the overall testing under test execution

Test Requirement Gathering
- Take ownership for system test activities and managing unit test and integration testing in an AGILE environment
- Analysis and gather requirement for the test

Estimate testing effort and resources

Test Execution
- Identify when test automation is appropriate and plan the effort, select tools and ensure training of the team
- Lead, guide and monitor analysis, design, implementation and execution of test cases, test procedures and test suites
- Setup test environment prior to test execution and managed during test execution
- Work with development team to achieve mínimal of 5 % defects for products/projects.
- Execute the Test Cases for Unit Test, Integration Test, System Test, FAT & UAT.

Log and track defects detected during testing

Test Documentation
- Analysis and creation of formal documentation - including project test plans, test procedures, test scripts and test reports
- Create formal documentation for test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Data for module, integration and system testing

Responsible for Summary Test Reports

Performance and Security Testing
- Oversee and coordinate performance (load, stress) and security testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage and quality.
- Work with specialized teams, if necessary, to ensure performance and security aspects are included in the testing process.

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in software testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate software functionality.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
