**Job Overview**:
We are searching for a test manager to support cross border payment system project. We need you to be the leader to strategize and plan the testing for the requirement of the project, to bringing in test automation to streamline the current testing performance. Leading the team of test engineers to complete the testing for the project and releases promptly.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Create testing strategies based on the understanding of the current project requirements.
- Develop test plan for the tasks, dependencies and users that are required in the testing. Plan should include the mitigation of potential risks to system quality and obtain all stakeholder support for this plan.
- Organize the testing kick-off meeting.
- Manage the testing team from other vendor support the testing. Which include:

- The assigning of task
- Managing the timeline to ensure timely delivery of different testing milestones.
- Team expectation
- Review various reports prepared by testing team.
- Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
- Review and ensure all test cases documents created at different stages of the project is accordance to the testing scope of the project.
- Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the bank.
- Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the Client

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- **Test Manager**: at least with at least 6-10 years of experiences in testing & leading a team & manage project.
- **Test Lead**:minimum **2 - 3 **years of lead experience in handling end to end project.
- **Familiar with Software Testing Development and Testing methodology.**:

- **Familiar with banking industry is preferred or in Remittance and SWIFT system is preferred.**:

- **Strong experience in Vendor Management.**:

- Strong result orientation and able to work in a fast pace and changing environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with an ability to inspire others
- **Experience with Selenium or any other automation testing is required.
