**The Role**
As an Intern, you will contribute to the growth strategy across digital and retail touchpoints for the Singapore and International sites. You will play a pivotal role in the development of Love, Bonito’s brand and reaching new customers in our focus markets by leveraging growth marketing and CRM as main levers. You will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase.

- An interest in Fashion and Merchandising
- A self starter, get-your-hands dirty attitude
- Enjoy learning new things and pick them up quickly
- Knack for solving problems with agility and creativity
- Strong communication skills
- Numerically inclined, data-savvy and able to leverage on data to make decisions

**Main responsibilities**
- Assist with execution of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Social, SEM and any other channels as assigned
- Generate weekly performance reports and conduct regular analysis on key metrics timely; analyze conversion and revenue trends to proactively identify opportunities for revenue optimization
- Assist with daily hygiene keyword check and ad-hoc keyword research across SEM
- Generate key SEM reports and identify opportunities for targeting optimization
- Conduct market research to keep up to date with competitors and key trends
- Collaborate closely with Creative team to coordinate creative requests and identify areas for A/B tests
- Collaborate closely with Brand and Country teams to implement growth initiatives
- Managing timelines and deadlines of paid marketing collaterals

**Requirements**:

- Availability for at least 3-6 months
- Some knowledge or experience in loyalty programs, loyalty programs, campaign management (Facebook & Google), and understand performance marketing and web & mobile analytics tools
- Ideal if logical and analytical thinker with strong interests in number side of things
- Proficient in Excel and data analytics tools, SQL is a big PLUS
- Strong and effective communicator and a reliable team player
